Free Shipping & Handling
We’re pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the contiguous United States. A surcharge will be applied for rush shipments as well as shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. For an overview of our shipping and handling process, see below.
Lead Times
Lead times are based on the product ordered. Estimates based on the business day after an order has been placed. Delays may occur due to the size, complexity of the order or if a material is on back order. We will notify you if any of the above situations occur. Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. While we make every effort to avoid delays in production, they do occasionally occur and are not considered grounds for cancellation.
Shipping Methods
As a Shade Store customer, you can take advantage of FREE FedEx Standard Ground delivery and receive your order in 1-7 business days. If you’d like to expedite the shipping process, we also offer 2nd Day Air rush delivery*. For rush shipping, add 15% of merchandise total to standard fees ($125 minimum). We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
*Not available for: products over 100” wide (not including drapery – but does include ripple fold / cubicle drapery, since they come with tracks), hardware, cornices or shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada.
Multiple Shipments
Each product is custom made and will ship as soon as it’s finished. Therefore, you may receive multiple shipments depending on the nature of your order. Multiple items of the same product will ship together.
